Our nutrition coaching helps you restructure your eating habits and replace unhealthy routines with better alternatives for improved well-being and a better quality of life.
In the first session, we get to know you, your goals, and your current diet, and define the first steps together.
In the following sessions, we dive deeper into your concerns, develop a personalized nutrition strategy, and track your progress.
We also offer practical support with grocery shopping and product analysis, as well as cooking classes and recipes for easy meal prep.
Initial Package: 4 X 60 Minute Sessions, CHF 520.-
Additional Sessions: 60 Minutes, CHF 130.-
We offer a well-rounded, individualized approach to addressing your nutritional concerns. We go beyond standard nutritional counseling to offer guidance with product selection and analysis, cooking and food preparation, and helping you re-shape bad habits.
We are not here to offer you meal plans that are uncomfortable and unrealistic, but rather we help you understand food and its affects and help you restructure your eating schedule and re-shape habits that may have a negative impact on your health.
Proper nutrition does not need to be stressful. We understand that unrealistic meal plans equal loss of motivation and no results. Nutritional counseling should be personalized, realistic, interactive and fun. We want you to walk away from our sessions with valuable knowledge, skills and basis for better habits.

Nutritional counseling is an interactive process that requires your honesty, dedication and interaction. We are here to give you the knowledge, tools and guidance to take control of and benefit more from your relationship with food.
