These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products and services in our online shop, particularly essential oils and subscription vouchers.

• Contract Agreement: A binding purchase contract is concluded upon completing the order.

• Prices & Payment: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is made in advance, by credit card, or other available payment methods.

• Vouchers & Subscriptions: Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and are non-transferable. Cash redemption is not possible.

• Liability: We do not accept liability for improper use of essential oils. Please follow the usage instructions carefully.

• Data Protection: Your personal data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
