Training sessions are 60 Minutes and include either a total-body workout or specific focuses according to your individual training plan. We focus on using natural movements to enhance body function and static balance. Sessions include warm-up and workout. Training equipment includes kettle balls, free-weights and body-weight.

Individual Personal Training Session

Concept

We focus on using natural movements to enhance body function and static balance using kettel balls and own body weight. Though weight machines at fitness studios can help improve strength and appearance, training with natural movement enhances your ability to function in your daily routin and with increased strength, balance and agility.

Goal

Our goal is to help indivuals to live and function better by training the body with natural movements. We focus on strengthening areas that are ignored during your daily routine and enhancing the performance of muscle groups you rely on most heavily throughout the day.

Philosophy

Our belief is that excercise should be as natural as possible in order to make it easy to incorporate into your routine. Regular excercise is important, as movement is the key to a long life. Numerous studies have shown a direct link between regular exercise and reduced risk of chronic diseases and improvements on mental well-being.

How does it work?

Our trainings are conducted in a private room one-on-one with a male trainer.

Training is without machines and uses kettle balls, free-weights and your own body-weight.

During training it is possible to train specific muscle groups or do a full body workout.


What should I bring?

Bring or wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and training shoes. Option to train barefoot.

We provide hot moist towels and dry towels and a private changing area. We do not have a shower on-site.
