Among many of it's benefits, massage therapy can improve blood and lymph circulation, trigger the release of hormones that fight depression, and replace some of the movement your daily routine may be lacking by stimulating the exchange processes that deliver oxygen and nutrients throught the body.

Massage is not just for treating pain, tension and stress, but can also help increase longevity and combat disease.

For massages we use bio jojoba oil and optional bio essential oils - lavendar, tea tree and rosemary.

All first appointments include a brief consultation before the treatment begins.

It is required to wear underpants or a disposable slip provided on-site for all treatments.
