Our nutrition coaching helps you restructure your eating plan and replace unhealthy habits with better alternatives for improved quality of life and lasting well-being.

In the first session, we get to know you, your goals, and your current eating habits. We carry out a detailed assessment by looking at your dietary patterns, daily routine, and overall health. We also calculate your calorie needs, BMI, and waist-to-hip ratio to get a clear picture of your current situation. Together, we define the first practical steps toward positive and sustainable change.

In the second session, we create a personal nutrition strategy tailored to your lifestyle and goals. If desired, we can also include a suitable approach to physical activity. We identify the best starting points and define a balanced ratio of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats that works for your routine.

In follow-up sessions, if required, we monitor your progress, assess how well your goals are being met, and adjust the strategy as needed. This way, we ensure that the guidance remains practical and effective in your everyday life.

We also offer hands-on support with grocery shopping, product analysis, cooking classes, and simple recipes for easy and balanced meal preparation.

Concept

We offer a well-rounded, individualized approach to addressing your nutritional concerns. We go beyond standard nutritional counseling to offer guidance with product selection and analysis, cooking and food preparation, and helping you re-shape bad habits. 

Goal

We are not here to offer you meal plans that are uncomfortable and unrealistic, but rather we help you understand food and its affects and help you restructure your eating schedule and re-shape habits that may have a negative impact on your health.

Philosophy

Proper nutrition does not need to be stressful. We understand that unrealistic meal plans equal loss of motivation and no results. Nutritional counseling should be personalized, realistic, interactive and fun. We want you to walk away from our sessions with valuable knowledge, skills and basis for better habits.

Healthy eating isn’t about rules, it’s about listening to your body.

And the more you understand it, the more natural your choices become.
