4 X 60 Minute Sessions
Our nutitional counseling sessions are aimed at helping you restructure your eating plan and replace bad habits to help you live and feel optimally. The first session is a consultation to help us learn about you and your goals while taking the first steps in helping you achieve them. The following sessions offer in-depth guidance, address concerns and monitor results. In addition, we provide guidance with shopping and product analysis as well as cooking lessons and recipes for meal-prep.
